Alice focuses her practice on appeals.  After graduating magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2010, Alice clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Brutinel on the Arizona Supreme Court.  Subsequently, Alice worked at the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, representing the State of Arizona in over 100 direct appeals and federal habeas corpus proceedings.  Her practice included oral arguments before the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court.  Alice received the Emerging Star award from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in 2014, and the Arizona Appellate Prosecutor of the Year award from the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys’ Advisory Council in 2015. In 2019, she brought her appellate experience to Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson.  

Alice was raised in Arizona until 1996, and returned to Arizona in 2006, after receiving her B.A. in English from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.  Alice enjoys volunteering as an attorney coach for the Desert Vista High School mock trial team
