Charlie Callahan focuses his practice in the areas of professional liability, insurance bad faith defense, insurance coverage litigation,
commercial litigation, defending social services institutions, and wrongful death and personal injury defense. In his 30+ years of litigation
experience, Charlie has honed his ability to litigate and manage large, intricate, and complex cases, always with an eye toward mapping a
path for the most efficient and successful conclusion.
Charlie also maintains a significant appellate practice and has argued numerous times before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona
Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
