Kelley joined Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson in 2020 after serving as the senior law clerk to The Honorable Kenton D. Jones in Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals for six years.  Her current focus is on litigating appeals and motion writing.

Kelley’s strengths lie in her attention to detail and persistence in achieving perfection.

Kelley was born and raised in Bumpass, Virginia.  In 2004, she graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and a minor in Physical Science.  She migrated farther south to attend law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she graduated third in her class.  She headed west to begin her legal career, first representing juveniles in dependency and delinquency matters, and then practicing at a rural insurance defense firm before joining the Arizona Court of Appeals in 2014.

Kelley is passionate about college football and the oxford comma.
