    • Mizell v. Leighton, 1 CA-CV 19-0044, 2020 WL 1695344 (Ariz. App. 2020)
    • McCarville v. Carlton, CA-CV 22-0536, 2023 WL 3842644 (Ariz. App. 2023)
  • Successfully defended an emergency medicine physician in medical malpractice jury trial alleging a patient’s cardiac condition was undiagnosed, resulting in permanent injury.
  • Successfully defended orthopedic surgeon in medical malpractice jury trial alleging shoulder surgery was improperly performed, resulting in injury.
  • Successfully defended a radiologist in a medical malpractice jury trial alleging cerebral aneurysm was undiagnosed, resulting in permanent injury.
  • Successfully defended thoracic surgeon in medical malpractice jury trial alleging negligent lung resection, resulting in permanent injury.
