Richard K. Delo is an experienced trial attorney who has concluded his litigation/trial practice as of December 31, 2023 and will now focus his practice on mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Delo’s 32 year plus litigation/trial practice included defending physicians, hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice cases and defending general liability matters. Mr. Delo has gained extensive experience and witnessed a wide variety of scenarios in personal injury matters during his career and has developed a reputation for being fair, as well as empathetic, to “both sides” of the issues. He has formed trusting relationships with Plaintiff and Defense counsel over these many years of practice. Mr. Delo looks forward to utilizing his experience and knowledge to help facilitate resolutions and foster mutually beneficial outcomes. 

Mr. Delo received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1990. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver in 1987. Mr. Delo is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona and Colorado and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.  He is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated ™ by Martindale Hubbell and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the categories of Health Care Law, Legal Malpractice Law-Defendants, Litigation-Healthcare, Medical Malpractice Law- Defendants, and Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants (2011 – 2024).
