Terrence P. Woods
Terry is a founder of the firm. Prior to beginning his law career, he served in the United States Air Force as a Navigator. During and after law school he continued service in the Arizona Air National Guard as a Navigator and a JAG Officer. His last assignment was Assistant Adjutant General, Air, for Arizona, and retired in 1993 at the rank of Brigadier General.
Terry served as a Judge of the Arizona Court of Military Appeals from 1997-2013.
Terry began his civil litigation practice defending insurance carriers, insureds and representing injured plaintiffs. He has advised numerous clients on complex insurance coverage issues and has extensive experience in the courtroom at the trial and appellate level.
Terry has also represented licensed professionals in disciplinary matters in litigation and in front of Arizona’s regulatory boards for over thirty years.
In 2017, Terry achieved fifteen years of continuous recognition by Best Lawyers in America and was selected as Lawyer of the Year for Personal Injury Litigation Defense for Phoenix, Arizona.
