Timothy B. O’Connor is an experienced civil litigation attorney with decades of experience representing businesses, insurers, and public entities in a wide range of complex civil matters. As an Of Counsel at Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson, Tim focuses his practice on defending claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith, transportation and auto liability, premises liability, products liability, and commercial litigation.

With a practical, client-centered approach to litigation, Tim has represented Fortune 500 companies to government entities and privately held businesses throughout his law career. He is known for his attention to detail, strategic advocacy, and commitment to protecting client interests, both in and out of the court room.

Tim has served as legal counsel in over 25 jury trials. He has handled cases in most Arizona counties and has briefed and argued several cases in the Arizona Court of Appeals.
