Alice Jones presents CLE on Arizona Appellate Law in 2020
On February 24, 2020, Alice presented to the Tucson Defense Bar at the Hotel Congress for their February CLE Luncheon. Her presentation, “What New in Appeals? Appellate Law in Arizona 2020,” covered recent opinions issued in 2019 and early 2020 by the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court that are applicable to civil litigators. She also discussed recent changes at the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court as well as recent rule amendments. The Tucson Defense Bar was very welcoming and Alice enjoyed meeting several Tucson practitioners.
