Patrick White and Leanne Hay Obtain Unanimous Defense Verdict in Multi-Week Medical Malpractice Trial

Patrick and Leanne, with outstanding assistance from Legal Nurse Consultant Kayte del Real, obtained a unanimous defense verdict after a two-week jury trial. Plaintiff claimed their client fell below the standard of care in her surgical treatment. During trial, Patrick and Leanne also secured a directed verdict on two out of the four claims brought by Plaintiff, with the remaining two claims sent to the jury. Cody Hall and Leanne Hay prevailed in a medical malpractice case alleging several breaches of the standard of care against multiple healthcare providers. After litigating the case for over three years, Cody and Leanne successfully argued the Plaintiff failed to meet his burden of proving  their clients breached the standard of care, causing injury. Cody and Leanne obtained summary judgment in favor of all their clients, resulting in complete dismissal of the action.
