On April 30, 2026, Donald Wilson presented a session on artificial intelligence and lawyer ethics, at the Annual Conference of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. The presentation included an interactive discussion regarding cases in Arizona and other states where lawyers have been sanctioned and/disciplined for citing AI hallucinations in both caselaw and quotations, and some “dos and don’ts” in utilizing AI in the practice of law.
