Jason Kasting earns defense ruling at arbitration

Jason Kasting successfully defended a commercial vehicle driver who was sued following a side-swipe collision.  Jason argued that the plaintiff caused the collision when he attempted an unsafe pass.  The arbitrator found that the firm’s client was not liable and was entitled to its costs incurred in defense of the action.
