Attorney Jathan McLaughlin recently prevailed at the Court of Appeals in a matter arising out of an administrative hearing. The case, dealing with contract termination, was litigated by the Firm at the administrative hearing level and through two sets of appeals – to the Lower Court of Maricopa County Superior Court and the Court of Appeals – prevailing at every stage.
