Sarah Barnes obtains $5.4 million verdict reversal from Court of Appeals

Sarah Barnes recently obtained a reversal of an approximately $5.4 million verdict.  Based on Sarah’s arguments, the Court of Appeals completely reversed the trial court’s ruling and held that plaintiffs’ arguments regarding a novel damages claim were unsupported.  The Court also awarded Sarah’s clients their attorneys’ fees on appeal.
